Does Melxity provide the services?

No. Melxity is a facilitator platform. All services are provided directly by independent professionals who list their skills on our platform.

How can I earn money using the app?

Is the app available 24/7?

The platform is available around the clock, though we perform brief daily maintenance from 1 AM to 6 AM to ensure optimal performance. During this window, some services may be temporarily unavailable.

What are the charges for using this app?

Account & Financial Management

How do I create an account?

You can securely create an account by logging in with your Google account. It's fast, simple, and keeps your credentials safe.

How do I get a verified tick for my account?

Log in, go to the 'Account' section, and submit the verification form with a government-approved ID (Aadhar, PAN, Voter ID, or DL). Verification takes 3–5 working days and is valid for one year. Please note that modifying your name, mobile, or email after verification will result in the loss of your verified status. Refer to our pricing for applicable charges. More Details↗️

How do I update my account information?

Information like your name and profile picture is managed via your Google account. App-specific details, such as your address and mobile number, can be updated directly in the 'Account' section of the app.

How do I transfer leftover funds to my bank account?

To request a refund of unused wallet funds, navigate to 'More' > 'Support' and create a ticket with your bank details. We will process the refund after deducting applicable operational costs.

How do I migrate my account to a new email?

To change your registered email, please ensure your account is verified and then create a support ticket. Our team will guide you through the migration process.

How can I delete my account?

To delete your account and data, please create a support ticket or email [email protected]. We will process your request in accordance with our Privacy Policy and legal requirements.

What is a Service Listing?

A Service Listing is an offer of help or expertise. Whether it’s healthcare, technology, creative arts, or wellness, you can list what you do best. It allows customers to find and request the specialized help they need on demand. More Details↗️

How do I create and publish a service?

Go to 'My Services' under 'More' and provide details like title, description, cost, and images. Once submitted, your service undergoes a brief policy review. If approved, you can publish it to make it visible to potential customers. More Details↗️

How do I get a verified tick for my services?

Select a service in 'My Services' and click 'Ready to Verify'. After submitting the required documentation and paying the verification fee, your service will receive a verified tick for one year, signaling authenticity to clients. More Details↗️

How can I request a service?

Search for a service, review the details, and click "Request" for specific items. This expresses your interest but does not obligate payment. Once the provider accepts, you can communicate directly to finalize details and payment. More Details↗️

How do I manage incoming service requests?

As a provider, you can view requests in the "Customer Requests" section. Once you accept a request (subject to a minimal fee), the customer’s contact details will be revealed so you can coordinate the work. More Details↗️

Can I cancel a service request?

Yes. Customers can cancel a request from 'My Requests' if it hasn't been accepted yet. If it has been accepted, please contact the service provider directly to coordinate the cancellation. More Details↗️

How do I provide feedback?

Once a request is completed or cancelled after acceptance, you can submit feedback. Navigate to your old requests and click 'Submit Feedback' to share your experience. More Details↗️

Tasks & Quotations

What is a Task?

A Task is a request for a specific requirement (e.g., "I need a bike"). Instead of searching for providers, you post your need, and multiple service providers submit quotations. You then review the options and choose the one that fits your budget and needs. More Details↗️

What's the difference between Service and Task?

In 'Services', the customer searches for the provider. In 'Tasks', the customer posts a requirement and the providers compete by offering the best price and plan, giving the customer more control over the selection process.

How do I create a Task?

Provide clear details about your requirement, including any deadlines and relevant images. After a brief policy review, your task will be published, and service providers will be able to submit their quotes. More Details↗️

How do I submit a quotation for a Task?

Find a task that matches your skills, enter your quote, and explain how you will fulfill the requirement. A minimal fee applies for the first submission, but revisions are free. More Details↗️

How do I choose a service provider for my task?

Open your task in 'My Tasks' and check the 'Responses' tab. You can view all quotes, contact providers for details, and accept the one you prefer. Once accepted, your task closes to new quotes. More Details↗️

How do I submit feedback for a Task?
