Melxity is a brand owned and operated by RACRIANCE ENTERPRISES LLP. Throughout this document, “Melxity,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to RACRIANCE ENTERPRISES LLP, including its affiliates and subsidiaries.
By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform immediately. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
The platform is intended exclusively for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. We disclaim any liability arising from use by minors.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and are solely responsible for maintaining its confidentiality. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or exhibit suspicious activity.
Facilitator Only: Melxity is a platform connecting users with independent service providers. We facilitate discovery and communication but do not provide, manage, or control any services, and are not a party to any agreement, negotiation, or transaction between users.
No Verification or Guarantee: We do not conduct background checks, nor do we guarantee the accuracy, quality, legality, or suitability of any service, listing, or user. Users must independently verify all information before engaging.
No Mediation: We are not a party to any agreement, negotiation, or transaction. We do not provide insurance or legal mediation for disputes between users. Any disputes, claims, or damages must be resolved directly between the parties involved.
Personal Safety: You engage with others at your own discretion and risk. We strongly advise exercising caution and meeting in safe, public places. Melxity does not monitor real-time interactions or provide emergency assistance. In emergencies, contact local authorities immediately (e.g., the 112 India App).
Prohibited Activities: Users agree not to engage in fraudulent behavior, offer illegal services, harass others, misrepresent their identity, spam, or violate any applicable laws.
Users are solely responsible for the content and listings they publish. You must ensure your content is accurate, legal, and that you possess the necessary rights to share it. While users retain ownership of their content, they grant Melxity a limited right to display and use it for platform operations.
We reserve the right to remove, restrict, or modify any user-generated content at our sole discretion, without prior notice, though we are under no obligation to do so. Melxity does not endorse or guarantee any user-generated content.
Direct Transactions: All service payments are made directly between users and service providers. Melxity does not process, hold, or control these payments and is not liable for payment failures, fraud, or disputes. All financial dealings are conducted entirely at the users' own risk.
Platform Fees: Any platform-specific fees described on our Pricing Page are non-refundable.
Wallet Refunds: If you have unused funds added to your account, you may request a refund (subject to operational deductions) by contacting support. Promotional funds are non-refundable.
All platform-owned content, including trademarks, logos, designs, and materials, is the exclusive property of Melxity or its licensors. Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
"As-Is" Platform: The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Melxity disclaims any liability for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from user interactions, errors in content, unauthorized access, platform interruptions, or criminal acts by third parties.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Melxity and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, or legal costs arising from your interactions with other users, breach of these terms, violation of laws, or user-generated content.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA), with the venue in Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan, India. Proceedings shall be conducted in English, and the arbitration award shall be final and binding. The parties waive their right to resolve disputes through courts, except where required by applicable law.
All grievances or disputes regarding actual services must be resolved directly between the customer and the service provider.
Severability & Assignment: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent; however, we may assign them at any time without notice.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, war, or pandemics.
Electronic Communications: You consent to receive communications from us electronically, and such communications shall have full legal validity
